These Terms govern your use of Aymen Studio's website, prompts, packs, and digital products. Please read them carefully before purchasing or downloading anything.
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using aymenstudio.com (the “Website”) and any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Aymen Studio.
2. Our services
Aymen Studio provides:
- Free and premium AI prompts for image generation.
- Premium prompt packs (Starter, Creator, Studio).
- Custom branding, graphic design, and digital products on request.
- Educational content via our Insights blog.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User accounts
To access premium content, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your password secure and confidential.
- Be responsible for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Purchases & payments
All purchases are coordinated via WhatsApp (+216 27 755 288). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchased pack within 24 hours.
- Prices are displayed in TND or USD on the Pricing page.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, D17, and other channels confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Access is granted to the registered account you provide.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
5. License & usage rights
When you purchase a prompt or pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
- Use the prompts to generate images for personal or commercial use.
- Modify and adapt the prompts for your own projects.
- Use generated images in client work, social media, or products you sell.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original prompts.
- Claim the prompts as your own creation.
- Use the prompts in any competing prompt marketplace.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Website or our products to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Website.
- Reproduce or copy any part of the Website without permission.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including the brand name, logo, design, prompts, copy, images, and code — is the exclusive property of Aymen Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
The license granted under Section 5 does not transfer ownership of the prompts to you; it only grants you the right to use them under the conditions described.
8. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or provide a replacement.
9. Limitation of liability
Aymen Studio provides the Website and its products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The prompts will produce specific or expected results.
- The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Third-party AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) will behave consistently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aymen Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or its products.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the prompts and access purchased content ceases immediately.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sousse, Tunisia.
